How do I get started?

Getting started with Ciral is very easy:

• 1. Download the App: Download Ciral from the App Store and open it
• 2. Sign In with Apple: Create a secure account using Apple Sign In
• 3. Create Your First Habit: Tap the "Start" button and tell Mol.AI what kind of habit you want to build
• 4. Get Your AI Plan: The AI will create a personalized, step-by-step plan for you
• 5. Track Your Progress: Complete your daily steps and monitor your progress

What is Mol.AI and how does it work?

Mol.AI is Ciral's artificial intelligence assistant. It is powered by OpenAI's GPT-4.1 technology and helps you with:

• Personalized Plans: Creates science-based habit plans tailored to your goals
• Motivation Support: You can chat about your habits and get advice
• Step-by-Step Guidance: Breaks down complex goals into small, manageable steps

Is my data safe?

Yes! Your privacy is very important to us:

• EU Data Center: All your data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany)
• Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
• GDPR Compliant: Full compliance with EU data protection laws
• Restricted Access: Only you can access your data
• Automatic Deletion: Chat messages are automatically deleted after 90 days

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:

• 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
• 2. Tap on your name at the top
• 3. Select Subscriptions
• 4. Find Ciral and tap on it
• 5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: When you cancel, you will continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled by Apple:

• Refund Request: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
• Review: Apple will evaluate your request according to their refund policy
• Timeline: You can typically request a refund within 14 days of purchase

We cannot process refunds directly as all payments are handled by Apple.

My data is not syncing

For synchronization issues, try the following steps:

• 1. Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection
• 2. Login Check: Verify that you are signed in with your Apple account in Settings
• 3. Restart the App: Close and reopen the app
• 4. Restart Your Device: Restart your iPhone
• 5. Check for Updates: Check if there is an update for Ciral in the App Store

AI is not responding or I am getting errors

For issues with AI features:

• Daily Limit: Free users have 3 plan generations and 10 chat messages per day. You may have exceeded your limit (limits reset at midnight)
• Internet Connection: AI features require an internet connection
• Temporary Outage: OpenAI services may rarely experience outages; try again in a few minutes
• Update the App: Make sure you are using the latest version

Notifications are not working

For notification issues:

• 1. App Permissions: Verify that notifications are enabled in Settings > Ciral > Notifications
• 2. System Settings: Check that permissions are granted in iPhone Settings > Notifications > Ciral
• 3. Do Not Disturb: Make sure "Do Not Disturb" mode is turned off
• 4. Notification Times: Check your notification schedule in Ciral Settings

I want to delete my account and all my data

Under your data protection rights, you can completely delete your data:

• 1. Open Settings in the app
• 2. Go to Account Settings
• 3. Tap "Delete Account"
• 4. Confirm and complete the process

Warning: This action is irreversible. All your habits, chat history, and account information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@ciral.app.

Widgets are not showing or not updating

For widget issues:

• 1. Remove and re-add the widget (long press on the widget on your Home Screen > Edit Widget)
• 2. Restart your iPhone
• 3. Open the Ciral app (widgets pull data from the app)
• 4. Check your iOS version (iOS 16 minimum required)
